"Art, for me, is a tool that explores manifestations of the unconscious and the soul. All my creations reflect how I perceive the world, my yearnings, and deepest reflections, as well as my joys and vision of love. They also reveal my vulnerability, allowing you to get to know a little more about who I am through them."
I can say that my artistic journey is an eternal exploration of the human soul; an incessant quest for connection between the individual and something greater.
As a Fashion Designer and a psychotherapist passionate about Jungian thought and the ancient wisdom of Asian culture, I find in art a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, between the self and the universe.

I was born in the heart of the Ceará hinterlands, in a small town called Acopiara. I lived with my grandparents until I was 14 years old in a nearby district called Trussú, named after the river that embraces its approximately 4,000 inhabitants. As a child, I grew up "free" under the scorching sun, bathing with a gourd and playing ball in the street. I also grew up independently, and it was through this experience that I embraced art as my form of expression. Dance, theater, drawing, and costume, in a very shy and free manner, shaped my personality.
My works are an attempt to capture the fleeting essence of the present, of feelings, of life's fragments, and to give shape to what I feel since linear thoughts often elude us. Using various techniques and mediums, I seek to create works that invite contemplation and introspection about oneself.

I believe that the arts, much like analysis, are powerful tools to reveal our true selves; to connect us with the essence that resides within us. While for the artist, it goes beyond artistic expression; through it, we can access our infinite potential, our connection to something greater than ourselves.

Ultimately, I seek for my art to invite you to reflect on life in all its complexity and subjectivities; it can be a reminder that we are part of a universe in constant movement and transformation.
